1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website, enrolling in our academy courses, or commissioning custom business software from ComTech4All, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using this website and our software services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary source code, software architecture templates, logos, text, curriculum designs, graphics, and video materials on ComTech4All are the exclusive intellectual property of ComTech4All unless otherwise specified.

• Academy Materials: Students are granted a non-transferable, personal license to study and build project portfolios. Unauthorized redistribution or commercial resale of curriculum materials is strictly prohibited.
• Custom Software Deliverables: Commercial software source code licenses are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customized master service contracts.

3. User Code of Conduct

When accessing our student portals, client portals, and blog discussion channels, you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt server security, execute malicious penetration tests without authorization, or inject malicious payloads.
• Share account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Use the platform for any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent business activities.

ComTech4All makes no guarantees regarding specific career outcomes or third-party software changes.
